Nice cheese for pizza

It is farm fresh cheese. Taste, texture and quality is awesome, way better than Amul or Britannia cheese. It's rare to find 100% stringy mozzarella cheese in the market and these days even the popular Pizza chain outlets don't use stringy mozzarella cheese anymore, but John's Mozzarella is one of my rare finds from Indian market. Wish it is widely available in the market. Such a good product should be marketed and not kept hidden. John's Mozzarella is local made UP, India product not imported but it's so good. FYI state of UP is famous for its milk, butter, ghee and cheese. Domino's Pizzas serves stringy cheese only in UP not in rest of India. Hope big basket restocks John's Mozzarella for me. 

Best stringy mozzarella cheese in India

Good quality n taste. Perfect stretchy results ater melting just like on those dominos pizza. Although the packet seems small but it was sufficient for 3 regular size pizza. Definitely recommended.

First time I'm going to use this product. The outer package was very shabby & unclean.
