About the Product
Rasoi Magic Spice Mix - Misal Rassa is a blend of dried moth beans, onion, salt, red chilli, garlic, jaggery, tomato powder and various spices and condiments. It is designed to make a tasty and authentic Misal Rassa curry in just 15 minutes by adding tomato.
Ingredients
Dried Moth Beans, Onion, Iodised Salt, Red Chilli, Garlic, Jaggery, Tomato Powder, Spices & Condiments
How to Use
Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1 cup of water to make a paste and keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan & temper with mustard seeds. Add finely chopped tomato & fry for 2 minutes. Add spice mix paste and fry further for 2 minutes. Add 3 cups of water & cook for 10 minutes.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place

Be Rest Assured of the authentic Misal experience!
It’s a terrific product that will give you the taste and texture exactly like Misal! What one must do is ensure you add moon sprouts separately to the rassa - the dehydrated moong that comes as a part of the product isn’t great in quantity or texture! But that apart it’s a terrific product!
