Recommendation

Besan flour was having lot of insects and tiny worms which despite our efforts could not be removed.. The flour was totally unhygienic hence it was not taken into use and thrown away for better safety of my family. I am very unhappy to receive such deteriorated product from a reputrd company like yours . You will let me know that why should I bear a cost of  bad products. Expecting a convincing reply from you for  compensation..

I have stopped buying these or other pulses, nuts, flour type items from BigBasket as the air is taken out from their packets which causes moisture and fungus to creep in and spoils the item.

The product quality was too bad, its tastes like it have dust and sand particles mixed with it.
