Length of grains was not looking like basmathi

Not upto the standards 

although I used to buy this rice, but last time what I got is really terrible. the biriyani rice is absolutely stale and full of worms inside and rice has become sticky also. asked for replacement but nothing happened.

Mostly long grains,mixed with some short ones. But very little aroma. Disappointed. Good for daily use only, not for special dishes. 

After cooking, it feels like yesterdays leftover food. Had to through all the food into garbage. Why would you sell such a garbage graded rice. if we spend 30rs for rice outside atleast we can cook and eat . But you are selling this garbage online??
