Fresho Rohu Fish Large - Curry Cut/Bengali Cut, Preservative Free

Rohu fish with head & tail pieces is rich in protein and low in fat. It also contains plenty of minerals such as zinc, iron, and calcium, and has an abundance of omega-3 fatty acids. Vitamins such as A and D are also present. This fish helps increase the "absorption rate", boosts immunity and has anti-inflammatory properties. It also enhances the skin, nails, and hair, regulates blood sugar, and prevents cardiovascular disease. 

This curry cut Rohu fish comes with the head. It is clean and gutted. It is preservative-free.

Product quality was very bad.It was frozen and more than 10 to 15 days old stock.As the fish supplied by you was not fresh at all so I should not buy fish from your store henceforth.

Rohu Fish - Large, Curry Cut
Glad to have a source for cleaned and cut Rohu fish. Wish they would cut larger pieces. The supply I received comprised very small pieces. If you supply larger pieces. those who want smaller cuts can cut the bigger pieces to a smaller size as per their requirement. Unfortunately the reverse is not possible.

not as per order.
you cheated. you are supposed to use a large fish (1.5 kg) as per order But you have used two very small fishes. I found two small tail pieces also in the supply. I am sharing the photos. You should correct your system for being. fair. Must be compensated suitably
