If you are not happy with any of the items delivered to you, we will give you a no questions asked refund for that item; the amount will be credited to your bigbasket account.

If we do not deliver within the timeframes specified by you at the time of the order, we will credit back 10% of the invoice value to your bigbasket account

Conditions: We record the time stamp of the delivery on the delivery device and this will be used for checking if the delivery was delayed

If you find a better price on the basket (net invoice value of the order that you buy from us), we will credit double the price difference to your bigbasket account.

Conditions: Please send us the date & the name and address of the grocery store where you have found a lower invoice value for the basket you bought from bigbasket
