Good product. But Bigbasket is now giving 7 hour slots and so frozen items reach u in d worst condition. Totally thawed and mashed. Better to buy from elsewhere

BB handling of the product needs more better
The product is good, but BB handling is bad. Till the product reaches the customer, the veg sticks inside the pack break off in pieces. No choice. I had ordered 2 packets, the ingredients had become small pieces. probably if the next packet is also same, I will definitely share the pictures.
