I used it today and the mop stick doesn’t fit into the rod .

I didt except such a poor quality zero rating product it is ... not functioning properly ... and looks like made from low grade plastic ..

very cheap quality not at all worthy I guess they have delivered some local product in the name of scotch brite.

bad quality handle unable to fix it's not even 3-4;days handle has come off and I hurt my fingers so bad such huge name and selling inferior product no option for return

Scotch Brite always comes up with amazing products are through research and using the best material. This product has made work very easy. Hardly any effort to complete the job. Its fun to work with this. Request Scotch Brite to come up with other product to ease day to day work.

I don't like the plastic and there are so many scratches even the product was not sealed it was loosely packed. please replace the product

extremely disappointed as the main screw which connects the mop with the handle is missing which rendered the mop completely ineffective
