for some reason I felt that this product wasn't fresh. it tasted completely different and in fact, I experienced this with all ice creams I ordered till date. I decided not to order ice cream from big basket anymore

There was problem in Taste .it felt not good enough in Taste

The product was delivered on time, in a timely manner. No issues with packaging. No issues with delivery. As for the taste, I honestly did not feel there was any taste. Was too very sweet, and other than this, the rest of it was sort of nothing. Definitely will not buy this flavour again.
