chia seeds is not clean, sand particles are there.

Ordering second time because after using it for the first time, I saw positive effects in my body. Lost 3-4 Kgs of weight, in addition to good lose motion. I usually take this (1.5 spoon dissolved in water for 15 mins) first thing in the morning after drinking lots of water.
