inside the box 1 packet was in open state and it was wet. It is very bad, they have not provided the good conditioned packets.

Average like the other competing brands. In India, the quality of Surf is not the same as that abroad. The Indian one doesn’t remove body odours from clothes. Gym and exercise wear continue to retain the sweat smell not only on my clothes but also on other fellow gym friends.
