Decent quality rice. I'm having some doubts about few rice grains which are plasticky :( You can see them floating please have quality control . Thanks to Big Basket for approving the return. Strong Feedback to Daawat needs to be given.

I strongly suggest to ban dis product as they are playing with our health and lives. I bought 5 kg mini rice pack which I m throwing now. I strongly ask big basket people to kindly look into the matter and provide me with a suitable solution as I am your customer and also a member from long time. Also, what happened with me should not happen wid other customers. Thanks

the rice have rotten.

Such a worst product I had ever purchase from online grocery.. rice is damaged by fungus, which is totally unhealthy to eat. even we never handover such rice to anyone at my home. I want money back in my account not in wallet with compensation. if you are unable to do the same I have to go to consumer court. I don't want to replace this product and I will never by any product from big basket. Such a worst experience of my life. It is totally cheating with customer.
