most of the almonds were broken, powdered.

I have been buying almonds on BB for few years now, and the quality has decreased a lot!! They are packing stale almonds are those which are too small. Some of them were rotten too!! Never expected

The quality of the product was degraded. It was lacking crunchy part and freshness.

I source dry fruits from big basket for my mom, grandma and myself. my grandmother likes the way big basket delivers to our door step. she has not seen such things in her life...as my mom has been transitioned by me to big basket. lots of respect to big basket delivery team n product sourcing team.
