i like this product for its quality and aroma, amazing product,but now cost is too high

As the label suggests this oil is beneficial for overall health when taken with moderation due to it's high MUFA content. Use it at or below the smoking point of the oil to get the best results and avoid any inflammation.

I'm a regular user of this product. It is great for frying or sauteing and does not get absorbed a lot in the food, which also means you would be using lesser than your usual quantity of other oils. Price is on the higher end.
