faithful, honest, delicious
Perfect consistency and creamy clean texture. Honest inclusion of elaichi. While shrikhand is easy to make from scratch, Amul’s is close to home and a worthy convenience. In case you like thinner, just stir in cold milk. No real need to compensate sugar....
