the funny part is that I ordered this mop twice. the first time I returned it coz they never sent me the spare refill. I ordered it again the next day and surprisingly the spare was again not delivered. I want to know why is this happening? the product is not being delivered in full. Why is the spare refill not being given to the customers? you are showing the customers something different on your website and them giving them the mop minus the refill. that's awful. been dealing with bb for years but I am disgusted with this issue. can somebody please get my spare delivered to me?

totally bad quality product...torn in just few days and after 1st wash.. totally waste of money.. ????

Quality is little bad

So inconvenient to mop with this. Keeps flipping while mopping.

I bought this cleaning mop.. it is nice one.. it is more useful to clean the floor.. but the refill item is missing..

Image shows two mops but only one delivered. Bottom surface gets dirty and very difficult to clean it

Total waste of money, this is the first product from BB that has disappointed me. The stitches got loose after three uses and now it's not usable at all.

It is effective, but the mop is not washable. Also, I did not get a spare mop.
