The product was received more than half melted. There was probably no insulation during transport, and delivery was late 3 hour beyond the slot.

ice cream tub half filled
ice cream was sour in taste..also the ice cream tub was half filled not fully filled like other ice cream tubs i had ordered from big basket in my previous orders..it was my first bad experience in icecream with basket..kindly do the needful for the bad experience of mine...

the product was 5 months old appeared dry. is not worth esting.

Seal broken at one point
