Please refund this product. Not happy with this.

It doesn't have a holder

threads came out in single use

threds are coming out

Product which I ordered was actually I thought that it would be in medium size. But in picture the mop size was not clear for me.

no plastic t-hook is attached so not suitable for all sticks

I thought I get refill except rod. But I got only the mop cloth. Actually I have issues on the mop holding clip. Now that I bought and kept idle. But if you see the photo attached shows the refill with holding clip and the holder.

photo deceptive. looks like blue clip also is inclded. picture shd b only of d cotton part.
