Tried but removed hair with difficulty

Tried for the first time after reading so many good reviews but I'm so disappointed after the first use so I thought let's give a second try and then what happens is only razor bumps, itching,& redness all over my legs. Though it removes hair easily but it's of no use if this is what happening with every use.

It causes an itching sensation after use, not hygienic.
