Whatever products delivered those are good but most of the times after order placed and during delivery time products are going out of stock and due to that my money is getting stuck in wallet which is not correct. Money should be credited back to the source as other apps are doing

This is my regular tea powder,lately I observed that sometimes the packaging seems like a duplicate one and the tea tastes wierd and different. Request bigbasket team to check the logistics please.
