The Developer bottle is less than half filled. It is to be 60ml but the bottle contains hardly 25 ml. This can not be used with other ingredients of the box. Moreover the box was not sealed. Please arrange to return this

Quantity of Developer was too less( means just bottle was emptyi)n the pkt. It was of no use for me. I've to buy again from the mkt. You must check the quantity before delivery I want to return this item. please get it collect n refund me the money. Thanks

the bottle wasn't even half filled. there was a tear at the opening mark of the box. seems like a used product.
