Original basmati rice

We normally purchase same product(traditional). However this time when cooked, the rice looked snd tasted like ordinary rice. Could be duplicate or substandard rice.

Very very baad . Found lots of Tiny black insects inside ,this has happened not once but twice now(once with India gaye and once with this )

I have opened the pack and it is full of insects. I thought there might only be few but unfortunately it is full of insects, please replace my pack immediately or refund the amount

Cob webs in the packet

The product was supplied a damaged pack which was observed only when we used for cooking. It is suspected that the pack was pilfered as the nett content was less than 1Kg.

There were ghuns in the rice
