When we ask for 1 dozen bottles, you mist send the entire pack of 12. Npt send each bottle loose.

why sold individually? I want in crate a pack of 12 bottles , I will not accept this next time

why it's came without cartoon? one by one not hygienic

The original cap design is different from the caps of the bottles I have received today. I strongly suspect the product is not genuine as duplicate Aquafina bottles are widely sold. I can show you original bottle design.

I find the bottles often squashed and than they cannot stand up straight. Also the new bottles are far better than the old bottles but you keep sending me the old bottles. I order two boxes at a time so maybe best to retain the bottles in their box so they don’t get squashed
