doesn't melt properly, too hard to be mozzarella.... disappointed. isn't even completely white, it's greyish but isn't expired apparently

I've also the same opinion...do not buy this cheese... it's not melting & not at all mozzarella

Very poor quality. Doesn't melt. Can't be stored in fridge and becomes rubber after cooking. Please don't buy. Might as well be fake. Also tasteless.
