Rice bran oil is possibly one of the best all round oils one can buy. Aside from its health benefits when cooked and consumed responsibly, it has a high smoke point, doesn't go rancid easily and lasts long. Fortune rb oil has a reddish appearance and true to its nature, it is a mild to no flavor oil. This means it will not interfere with the natural flavor of food when fried. Perfect for deep frying and good for shallow frying as well. And it is pretty cheap when compared to other brands in market.
