Good quality Cheddar cheese, loved the flavour!!!
Good flavour of Cheddar cheese, it is identical to British cheddar with strength 3 flavor. the protein percentage per 100g is also good, something which is rare in softer cheese. usually Protein percentage is higher in drier & hard cheese like Paramesan.
