How to Use
  • Measure 20 g of Tops Custard Powder into a bowl.
  • Take 500 ml Milk. Add 50 ml milk to this to make a smooth paste.
  • Boil the remaining milk with three heaped tablespoons (50gms) of sugar.
  • Add the paste slowly and cook again for two or three minutes, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
  • Let it cool and your delicious custard is ready.

Didn't like it
I didn't really like this flavour of the custard as it turned into lumps. The vanilla flavour never turns to lumps but this became big chunks of Milk and Custard powder like jelly.
