somehow the consumption of rice for the family has decreased,, We feel full for longer hours and not much difference in taste

Quick cooking brown rice. Tastes bland unlike the regular brown rice. So I mix it with white rice50/50 and cook it.

I like it with its separate grain after cook help me comb at dia care. fuller rice less eat. filling as well.
