You can barely tell the difference between this and a full fat variant. For adults this is a great alternative if you're looking for a low calorie alternative for your sandwich, roll or a base for a salad dressing. If you're buying for your kids, and can't make mayo at home, buy a high calorie mayonnaise itself.
