the quality of the rice is not good.. we want to exchange with good quality rice. we want to refund. please make arrangements to collect it and replace with qood quality rice

why everytime quality changes for the same product.
first time I ordered this rice and liked it very much so order it second time but then quality was not that good and rice was thick.
why like so

before 1month i order same rice , it was good , so again i order same rice, but this time i am very much dispointed coz this rice test is very bad also so much rice color is yellow. i will not buy this again .
