I started using this variety since my stay in Mumbai 5 years back and the product was available in Star After my return to Kolkata I searched for this as I liked it very much.In Kolkata it was so far available in Big Basket but suddenly I am not getting it from this month. Request you to kindly provide it again.

The 10kg pack we had ordered last time, was open from one corner. (the thread sewing was open) we had double about pilferage from that pack. It may have got opened  accidentally also in transportation, I am not very sure.
But since then we have not ordered  a 10kg pack. 
Highlighting now, so that team Big Basket takes a note of it and keeps a vigilance on the threaded pack to find out the reason.

Though the Surti kolam rice is said to be 12 + months old . The rice supplied against the order is simply not old as said . Please don't fool the customers. They know better about rice .  This rice does not match the standard of the previously supplied rice though the brand and cost are the same .
