This is a very tasty and chewy cheese..The flavor is mild.. you need to remove the outer yellow  rind before consuming. ensure that you store the cheese after removing the packaging in a air tight container in a refrigerator 

Very Tasty Gouda Cheese

Lovely cheese and love the pricing. It can be served on its own or grated on top of things. I love to grate it on top of pizza and pasta. But more often than not, I tend to cut it up and eat it with Sprig roasted chilli oil. It’s so so amazing. It has a mellow flavour and ever so slight pungency and mild saltiness. Although it is not recommended to be frozen, I have frozen it at times when I stock them to avoid running out. And it reverts to normal consistency and taste when thawed.
