product quality is somewhat good but what's the point if it's not working for the purpose of it being brought?

it not induction base not high gauge worst quality 

This kadhai is so thin that it burns anything. When I used it for the first time, the second I on the induction before pouring oil the bottom part starts warping and the surface becomes darker instantly. Anyway I start cooking and even if i stirred continuously it keeps on burning at the bottom.

Bad product 

received used product. previous customer might have used and returned it. the same was sent to me and the packing was also not good. now they are delaying pick up and refund. they canceled the return pick up as well.
