Prolicious Macaroni is a relatively healthy vegan pasta available. It is made using durum wheat semolina and plant protein, which contains twice the amount of protein than regular pasta. Macaroni is the main ingredient in mac and cheese. It can be eaten as a savoury pasta, made into salads or even used in kheers for dessert. Prolicious Macaroni Pasta can be cooked in 12 minutes to cook and it is non-sticky which results in using no oil while boiling the pasta. Since this pasta is whole wheat and made using plant protein, it has no cholesterol, no transfat and contains high protein. This high protein content helps in building immunity, control weight and is good to build muscles. It also is a great source of fibre. 1. Boil 2 cups of water.
2. Add 50g Prolicious Macaroni Pasta and salt to taste.
3. Cook for 12 min and strain.
4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped vegetables of your choice.
5. Add the sauce of your choice.
6. Toss the pasta in the pan and stir for 2 minutes.
7. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes.
8. Relish your high-protein pasta.
