I recently purchased a premium-quality sooji (semolina), expecting it to be refined and pure. However, to my disappointment, I found tiny sandstones mixed in it. This not only compromised the texture but also made it unsafe for consumption. Given that it was marketed as a high-quality product, I did not anticipate such negligence in processing.

Quality control should be a priority, especially for food products, as even small impurities can be harmful. Consumers trust brands that maintain high standards, and such issues can damage a brand’s reputation. It’s frustrating to invest in a premium product only to discover such flaws.

I urge the manufacturers to improve their quality checks and ensure proper filtering before packaging. As a customer, I expect value for my money and, more importantly, safe, clean food. Hopefully, the brand takes this feedback seriously and rectifies the issue.

Compromised Quality- Sandstones found.

as usual I regularly order this product but today I received 
one packet if magic cook soji which is full of dirty insents ,very unfortunate.
