I have taken it's 15 servings and I can say that this is the best creatine monohydrate. I take it as a pre-workout and it gives me the best results like increasing my strength and power improving my lean muscle mass and enhancing my endurance as well. It tastes well and its mixability is good and perfect as well. But it is compulsory to drink 3-5 liters of water daily.
