About the Product

Mambalam Iyers Nutrition Mix is made from natural and ingredients. It is made from different millets. It is wonderfully nutritious and a good source of protein, vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre. This flour has a light, mild flavour that makes it perfect for everyday use. It is and has several benefits. It is 100 % natural without any preservatives.

Ingredients

Cereals: 88% (Bajra, Ragi, Jowar, Maize, Samai, Thinai, Boiled Rice, Red Rice, Wheat, Barley).
Pulses: 7% (Fried Gram, Soya Bean, Green Gram).  
Nuts: 2. 5% (Groundnut, Cashew and Badam) 1. 5% Sago and 1% Cardamom.

How to Use
  • Take 3 tablespoons of Mambalam Iyers Nutrition Mix.
  • Add 300ml milk or water and mix well.
  • Boil this mixture stirring frequently for 3 to 4 minutes to make porridge.
  • Add sugar to taste and serve. (In case of water, add Buttermilk and Salt)
