Disappointing Quality of Fries

I recently tried the fries from Hyfun french fries and I was highly disappointed with the quality. Although the expiry date was still valid, the fries were sticky and had an unpleasant smell. Furthermore, we were unable to separate them into individual pieces, which speaks volumes about their freshness.
