Shruti’s Palmyra palm candy is made from palm sap or palm dew (Borassus flabellifer SAP). Shruti’s Palm candy is nutritionally rich in minerals like Calcium, Iron and Phosphorous which are essential for the growth of strong bones and teeth in growing children. Palmyra palm is the only known plant generated natural source of Vitamin B12.

Healthy Palmyrah Palm Candy.
Very healthy and nutritious. It's helpful to senior citizens like me. I mix it with milk and drink a cup before sleeping. I add a spoon of this candy when I prepare oats porridge.
