Taste wise this is an extremely mild fresh cheese, not at all like halloumi. And Halloumi has a high melting point making it suitable for grilling. This product melts immediately. Absolutely not Halloumi.

Not Halloumi

Melts a lot. So can't fry it. Good to gave as it is. Tasty. 

Tastes somewhat like paneer and mozzarella combined. May taste different to others. It goes well with pizza, pasta and bread. I didn't add any sour sauce with this cheese ( sweet sauces are welcome )as it tones down the taste.
