I ordered Happilo dates from BigBasket because the price was slightly lower compared to other brands. However, I am quite disappointed with the quality of the product I received.

The dates are very small in size and do not look like good quality. Many of them appear to be low-grade, and a few pieces even seem slightly spoiled. This was not what I expected from a reputed brand.

I would request the seller and the brand to maintain better quality control. Customers choose products based on trust, and receiving poor-quality items is disappointing. I hope the quality improves in future orders.
