Ingredients: Multi-Grain Flakes [Oats (66.5%), Green Gram (7%), Amaranth (5%), Ragi (3%)], Seasoning [Iodised Salt, Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Bay Leaf, Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Clove, Sugar, Flavour (Natural, Nature Identical), Acidity Regulator (INS 330), Anticaking Agent (INS 551)](10%), Dehydrated Vegetable Flakes (Carrot, Beans, Onion), Edible Refined Vegetable Oil (Sunflower), Dehydrated Coriander Leaves, Herb Extract - [Amla (Emblica Officinalis) (0.23%), Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) (0.15%), Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (0.15%)], Vitamin and Mineral Mix. How to Use
  • Ready in 3 mins.
  • For every half-cup (40g) of Supergrain Oats, add one full cup (200ml) of water into a pan (for the stove) or bowl (for microwave).
  • Allow cooking on stove microwave on high power for 3 minutes with occasional stirring.
  • Mix well and serve hot. Garnish as per choice.

Nice product.
