worst purchase ever. it doesn't lather up. and I used it three times to wash my hair still my hair came out stiff and oily as if the shampoo got stuck in it despite cleansing well.

This actually works - hair is much smoother afterwards. it does not lather up as well as other shampoo products but that is a small issue.
