Step 1- Mix pancake mix and water together until uniformly blended; brush the pan with oil and heat on medium flame.

Step 2 - Pour approximately 45ml(1/4th cup) of batter into a hot pan.

Step 3 - Flip only after bubbles break on top and edges begin to dry within 1 minute and cook the other side for 1 minute.
