It's a good chips but it's not Lays. The best I can tell is that they are using a very different varity of Potato than what lays uses. Obviously if you are eating Flavoured Chips, you won't notice it at all. But as someone who only eats Classic Salted, there is no way you can mask the flavour of a inferior variety of Patato.
