Good. Just soak twice and drain. add salt while it's resting. Poha comes out really well.

Says Medium Poha but thickness is comparable to Avalakki. Can be used for making Maharashtrian or Indori Poha but not ideal. 

Poha was all spoiled,  fungus and big lumps formed though packing date was of May 2025
