used for 15 mins before brushing. squeaky clean mouth. very nice for gums and teeth. I love the way it cleanses and remove all particles. basically it should be used in morning, and do oil pulling for 15 mins. then throw up the waste in dustbin. don't Throw in the washbasin. dabur stays true to the quality

very good oil, better than minty mouth wash

A different kind of mouth wash. Normally we expect a mouth wash to be liquid combined with some chemicals but this is different. This mouth is oil based and totally ayurvedic. This Dabur Red pulling oil is a mix of  essential oil like cinnamon oil, clove oil, sesame oil and coconut oil. I applied it on my gums and teeth using my finger for 1 minute and then swished it. I am already using Dabur Red toothpaste so am okay with tingling taste and sensation. Can't say about others.its natural ingredients makes it a good and effective mouth wash.

A different but Ayurvedic mouth wash

This is not the first time i am buying this. quality of the product as expected very nice. protects from harmful germs cavity. gives u the healthey teeth. my teeth are strong now after using this.

It’s unlike other mouth wash we find in the market. It’s totally different and 100% Ayurvedic. Major ingredients happens to be clove. We just have to use it in small quantity. It leaves our mouth refreshing. Also as it’s clove based treats many gum problems automatically. Overall it’s a nice product. Must try...!!

Oil pulling is a well known ayurvedic practice and it's very beneficial for oral health. I do oil pulling twice or thrice a week and I do use  mouthwash daily so when I saw this product,  I ordered it immediately and I am glad that I did that because this is exactly what I was looking for. It's a mouthwash with the benefits of oil pulling. Along with oils, it also contains herbs which are known for their benefits for oral hygiene and health. Its a good ayurvedic formulation from one of my favourite brand and I like this product and totally recommend it.

Had read about oil pulling and also heard from some of the youtubers about it’s benefits. This is loaded with natural herbs and effective to pull the toxins out (make you feel free from lethargy and sluggishness). I have tried many mouthwash some of them were good and few were average but this is really good one from Dabur red pulling oil. I was using Listerine from a long time and have decided to try another and I sticked to this one , working nice on teeth's ,It has reduced plaques in my teeth also soft on teeth's.
