This groundnut oil is used for sauting, grilling and deep-frying because of its high smoke point. It is quite a heat resistant and does not burn easily. It has a nutty smell and a rich peanut flavour. Vitamin E in peanut oil helps strengthen hair follicles and repairs hair damage. It is Cold Pressed, which means it's pressed under 45 deg C.
