How to Use

1. Add ice water to American Pancake Co., Tempura Flour and mix well to achieve a batter consistency. Rest the batter for 1o minutes

2. preheat oil to frying temperature

3. dust shelled prawns with some tempura flour

4. dip the coated prawns into the tempura batter and fry until golden brown in colour.

5. Serve hot with a choice of dip5. Pour about ¾ cup of batter onto centre of the hot waffle iron
