as per warranty you need to take it to the company service place... thanks to covid it ain't possible... so it's a waste of money.

i have Used prestige spin mop before in this pandemic situation....it was best quality and till 8 months it was good quality... assuming that we purchase same product from big basket now but it is of pathetic quality and in 2nd Day only it creating problem while spinning....also every part of product is of inferior quality....

it is losing a brand image of both Big Basket and Prestige.... I don't recommend this product to Buy.
